The super Love Lula September box

A green beauty box is a great way to discover natural beauty goodies at a very reduced price.
Let me present you the fantastic September edition Beauty Box* from Love Lula retailing only at  £12.50 in the UK and only at £17.50 (3 months subscription) for my international readers. The total value of the box is £45.00!

Let's look at the amazing content below!

The Balm Balm beauty balm (£16.50 for 60mg) // A rich and thick multi-tasking balm designed to cleanse, moisturise and repair. I love the delicate scent of Lavender and the lovely melting texture. Expect to find some great plant oils (Rosehip, Borage) as base oils. I would probably use it on a regular basis a bit later on when the weather is colder as an evening treat or as as my first cleanser. Love the simplicity yet efficacy of the product.

Oils of heaven gift set (£20.00) // This set is absolutely super cute and is such a great way to try some of the best botanical oils before commiting to the full size. The gift set includes Baobab oil (review here), Argan oil, Rosehip oil (review here), Cacay oil and Moringa oil. Absolutely love it!

Hurraw Sun protection Balm SPF15 (£5.00) // Another favorite brand of mine (see one of my review here). I love the balm texture and how it soothes and repairs dry skin. This is definitely a great item in the box since I 'm never without lip balm. The sun protection indice is an added bonus.

Kimberley Sayer sample set (not shown on the picture) // Their Ultra-light moisturiser SPF 30 is my go-to moisturiser for many months now (see review here) so here is a chance to explore some of the other skincare products! Samples are a great way to get a first impression on a product before deciding to purchase the full size product.

Esse organics Gel cleanser (sample)// Esse organics is a brand I have a big crush on. I have spent quite a bit of time studying their range and their product formulation. And yes, this brand is really awesome! Remember how I love their Toner Plus which features probiotics (review here). The gel cleanser is designed to gently cleanse all type of skins. It is foaming, does not dry and smells really nice!

Joik White Chocolate bath truffle // I am so curious about this bathing product from Joik! I haven't used it yet so can't yet report on it. Supposed to leave your skin really soft...So tempting!

Another great box from Love Lula. Hurry up and sign up HERE.
For all the beauty boxe subscribers, you can purchase all the brands of the box at 20% HERE by using the code BBSEPT17 (valid till 30/09/2017).

My favorite skincare trio for a glowing skin

Summer is almost coming to an end and I hope everyone had time to enjoy and relax! I am finally back after a little break from blogging. It felt actually really good to be away from any social platforms and I've promised to myself to do it more often.
I have tested some really awesome products lately but there are really 3 that completely stood out. Read below to find out my favorite top 3 summer skincare goodies that deliver all the promises written!

Andalou Naturals Coconut water firming cleanser ($12.99 for 160ml)
If you follow me on Instagram, you probably know that I have mentioned this cleanser many times. In summer, I stay clear from rich and balmy cleansers and usually opt for light and refreshing textures. The Andalou firming cleanser basically ticks all the boxes. It comes as a really soft cleansing foam that cleanses the skin very well while keeping its moisturing level in balance thanks to the AquaCacteen it contains. My skin was left bright, clear, glowing and more importantly not dry at all. And last but not least: the value for money is excellent.
It is not the first time I try Andalou skincare products (see here and here) and I have always been super pleased with their products, but this cleanser comes probably at the top of everything I have tried from the brand. My only regret is that this green beauty brand does not yet retail in Europe...hopefully maybe soon anyone?

Farmaesthetics Cool Aloe mist *($26.00 for 120ml)
I have spotted this US beauty brand a little while ago, so when I got a chance to test it, I was over the moon! The  whole line is beautifully made using with some awesome plant ingredients.
The mist is an  Aloe vera juice  based toner which also displays some matifying properties thanks to Witch hazel. It has a very soft smell of Lavender which I find it really relaxing. The packaging is lovely and I always appreciate dark tinted blottles that aim to preserve the content better.
The Cool Aloe mist was my skin saviour during this summer (and now still although the bottle is almost empty!): it helped my skin to feel refreshed and calmed, and I reached it whenever I wanted to have a fresh hydrating breeze. My skin was completely soothed and unified, just really how I want it to be.
This mist is absolutely perfect for sensitive skins too that need a calming caress. As an overall, I love so much this product that I will definitely be keen in repurchasing another full size product.

Mad Hippie Vitamin C serum *($33 for 30ml)
Another US green beauty brand that I have been craving to try! And let's be honest: the funky packaging is not the only thing that caught my eye.
I love to have a good serum in my routine (you can find out here why serums are a must-have for me). The Mad Hippie serum is a light and potent water-based emulsion containing some top anti-aging skincare ingredients: Vitamin C, hyaluronic acid, ferulic acid, Vitamin E to name a few.  Brigthening and healing, this anti-oxidant packed serum has been performing so well- my skin drinks it like a magical beverage and the results show every morning when I get up! So another big thumb up for this one!

....an outstanding skincare trio for a clean and resfreshed skin!

Have you tried them? what do you think?
