5 beauty ingredients your skin needs in November

November is already here with the cold winds, grey sky and scattered rains and these weather conditions are usually not tender with the skin!
Here is a little round-up of the top 5 beauty ingredients your skin needs to remain happy and hydrated during the Fall!

Hyaluronic acid
Known for its ability to retain water, hyaluronic acid is one of the best moisturizing ingredients on the market. Acting as a humectant, he can retain an impressive number of water molecules.
In addition to being hydrating, hyaluronic acid and its salt-sodium hyaluronate- can plump and illuminate the skin. More about this fabulous ingredient in the Bloom Avenue Magazine.

Shea butter
Praised for its ultra-moisturizing and protective properties, shea butter is a classic in the green world. Rich is oleic acid and stearic acid, shea butter also contains a small percentage of unsaponifiables such as phytosterols and vitamin A. Whether you want to cocoon your skin or nourish your hair, Shea butter does it all! It is a great ingredient if your skin is normal/mature leaning to sensitive/dry.
If you go for raw shea butter, best is to purchase fairtrade and organic.

Probiotics
These live organisms have demonstrated interesting benefits when applied topically. Although many studies still need to be done, probiotics seem to play an important role in maintaining skin hydration and reducing inflammation.
If you are looking for a brand using probiotics, I strongly recommend Esse Probiotics. I have loved their toner (review HERE). I have sampled a few other products from their range and can tell with the same level of enthusiasm that they were awesome too.

Rosehip oil
The golden orange precious oil have gained many fans over the years, and this is not surprising. This exquisite oil is bursting with vitamins and nutrients that heals, repairs, calm and soothes the skin. For more details, read my post over this truly unique oil HERE.

Love
Even though "love" sounds a bit cliche, it is actually really important to care, love and take the time to treat your skin properly. A rushed beauty routine or using the wrong products can lead to undesired results. Instead, make some time for your skin especially in the evening. Your beauty routine does not need to be complicated, it just needs to be adapted to your skin type.
